Footprint with "strange" padstacks

Hi,
I’m trying to create the footprint/package for the MAX77757 IC (https://pdfserv.maximintegrated.com/land_patterns/90-100128.PDF). What would be the approach to achieve this? IMO it would be out of scope to create a padstack for each of this, as they would probably never be used again. Is there a way to combine different rectangular pads with the same name (similar to what is done in schematics editor with two net labels having the same name)? Or is it possible to directly draw shapes inside the package editor?

That’s why we have package-local padstacks. Clicking create padstack in the packages tab in the pool manager will create one. Package-local padstacks can only be used by the package they were created for.
