Locking out paste&mask parameters at pad level

I’ve created paste&solder mask only pads(I wanted to have around corners) for thermal pad division:

Unfortunately paste&mask only pads are affected by the global solder mask expansion and paste contraction parameters from layout. What is the proper way to stop that? Ie.to have some pads with with locked values for those two parameters.

Create a new padstack that with the desired values baked in rather set by its parameter program.
