There are cases when the keybinding is not working such as pressing r does not rotate the component. I have not find the fix, sometimes it become okay unknowingly. Adding new power net make it error again.

AFAIK, “R” & “r” are treated differently by Horizon. So “r” will rotate the component, “R” won’t.
Same applies to all other key-bindings.
