It works perfectly in the example project X-Band Transmitter but failed in my own test project.
Keep Orphan has been checked and don’t fill plane is unchecked and “update plane” has no effect.
Works for me. Maybe share your test project as a zip archive.
The board outline needs to be a polygon, not a line loop. Use the “line loop to polygon” tool to convert the outline into a polygon.
The plane didn’t get filled because it was considered to be outside of the board outline.
